The RoBoT The first few Chapters

2 Years ago....

Ben was not going to give up. He knew he had  to keep going. But it was starting to get late. Every minute he would trip over a branch. Ben was in the middle of the woods. He got kicked out of his house. His mother hated him and his father was gone. His father just disappeared. He sadly slowed down  and sat down. He put his backpack on a rock. Ben soon fell asleep. When Ben woke up, he found himself in a bed. He found his backpack on the floor. Where was he? He looked around. A voice said, "Aha, you have woken up...." Ben looked up and saw  an old man. He was friendly. He explained that he found Ben in the woods, so he put Ben into his guest bed. The man got some breakfast and they ate. The man said that he must work. Ben followed him to see what the man did. The man went into a room and Ben quietly followed him into the room. He was surprised to see so many robots of all designs. "Whoa!" the man looked at him and said, "Oh you want to see my robots?Those are nothing, wait till you see my newest creation." Ben also liked making stuff. WOW!! The man uncovered a  huge cloth of a pretty cool looking wood machine.
"It isn't finished, but I  only have to cover it."  Ben watched as the old man  did all the work. After about an hour, Ben looked at the old man and asked his name. The  old man looked at Ben and said, "You will find out soon...."  The old man asked Ben for his name and Ben  answered. Then the old man asked Ben if he liked making things. Ben nodded. They talked and finally made a  decision that Ben was  going to be an apprentice.

Chap. 1

Ben still didn't even know his master's name. And his  master didn't even finish that robot thing. But master named it the Rhino. It walked with solar panels on it. Ben was making his own robot. This was his second robot. His first was not so good.... Ben attached the metal plate on the bottom of his robot. It was called the Leopard. It ran, but it was powered by wind. The wind would blow on the special part and it would move. It was pretty simple. Ben ate lunch and then he went outside. He got a shovel and randomly dug because he was bored. Then he walked far away from the workshop. He took the shovel with him. Then when he decided to stop, he started digging. CLANK! He hit something hard. Hoping it was something awesome, Ben dug around it. The metal started to show. Then all of a sudden, everything started to fade....Ben woke up again. He looked up at the sky. It was starting to get dark. Master was probably worried. But Ben couldn't find a way back home. He remembered the metal thing and he started to dig some more. Soon he dug up a huge metal thing. It was shaped as a hand...
