39 Clues

There should be a movie for the 39 Clues!! It is such a good book. But I hope they don't change the story!

Movies VS Books

Harry Potter, Inkheart, Bridge to Terabithia. What do you notice about these names. They are books, but what else? They are all great books with movies made based on them!! But what I am trying to say is, Movies VS Books!!! What is better, the movie or book? I think the book is. Twenty times more descriptive and the books were made first. The movie is good because you see it in action, but almost every time, they change the story in the movie and make it terrible! Do you agree. The only movie that was pretty good based on the book was Harry Potter. But the others are terrible! In the movie for Bridge to Terabithia, there are random magical creatures inside this wonder place. The book is supposed to be realistic fiction!! There were no magical creatures. They just pretended a little! I don't get it!! In Harry Potter they changed the ending in the last movie. They kind of modified it. I did not like the last movie.
What do you think is better?

What Would YOU Do?

Imagine that your friend borrows something from you. Then imagine that he/she never gives it back. What would you do now? If my friend did that I would kindly ask him to give it back. But if he says that he doesn't have it and lies, then I will accuse him for stealing. I would ask him again, firmly, that I want my item back. If this doesn't work, then I will get another one of those items and let him have the one he took. Why? I would do this because there is no point in arguing with him that it's mine and that he stole it. Why not just end it by just letting him have it. Pretend you forgot about it. Then you both will be happy. Even though I wouldn't like to do this, I think it is the right thing. So that is what I am going to do. Another way that I think is reasonable is to talk about it with him/her. You can explain everything to your friend and if you are lucky, your friend might understand and give it back. What would you do?

A Colorful Name

If I were to describe myself as one color, it would be white. White is all of the colors combined. All of the colored lights shine together, you see white. Why did I choose this? Because I am white. I change a lot. I describe myself as cheerful, I describe myself as smart, I describe my self as annoying and so on. I have so many, that all of them become one, white. I also think white is a good color for me because it is blank. Blank reminds me of peace and I like peace... Another reason is because white is everywhere, white is the clouds, white is some cars, white is chalk, and white is stone. White is actually everywhere, like me. The best reason is because white stands out. If you put white on a black piece of paper, it would stand out! If you put on a paper with blue, red, black, gray, green, and a bunch of other colors, it would still stand out!And I also stand out!
What color describes you?

MY Ways of Winning a Chess Game

I stare slowly at the pieces. Excited, I tell my mom to hurry up and move her piece. I watch her as she moves her finger on to the rook. She places it on to a white square. Then my brain thinks, "Why did she put it there?" "What effect will that move do to me?" Then I quickly realize that she is planning a check. Then I quickly defend my king by castling with the rook next to the king.  This is one way that helps to win a chess game. To think about the player's move and to think about why they did it. It helps you a lot. If you think hard enough you can realize what they are trying to do and you can prevent their move or attack. This is only one way that can  help you win. Another thing is about defense and offense. I think that you should do both equally. Offense 50% and Defense 50%. This is because if you only attack the other player, the player can defend their king and easily defeat your king because you are not defending your king or other pieces, but busy attacking the opponent. I also think that you shouldn't only defend yourself. How are you going to win without attacking? If you only defend your self it would be impossible to win. So you must defend and attack at same time. If you have the choice to just attack the king and a choice that can defend your king and attack the opponent's king, then you should obviously choose the second choice. This is why I think you should do 50/50. My last thought is to concentrate, study, and practice. These are all obvious things. You have to do these things to know the basics and to know a lot of information. The more information, the better chance you can win. What are your ways of winning?

Airplanes: The Hardest Part

What's the the hardest part of the airplane? The cover.... No, I'm just kidding. The hardest part of all is probably eating or sleeping. First of all, I only had two choices to eat. When I pick one, it's really hard to eat, because there is barely any space. But now that I think about it the worst part is actually sleeping. Because when I try to sleep, I can't. I try to get comfortable and I close my eyes, my eyes go straight back up as if there is a blue tied to my eyelids. I can't sleep in a seat that is like a chair. Even worse, I get airsick. When I get airsick, I feel like vomiting. And it's 50/50 chance. I might throw up but I might not.
Inside the airplane, everything is really crowded. And when I try to sleep, my neck hurts because of the 90 degree seat. This all just makes it impossible to sleep. Last time I went on an airplane, I think I only slept for about 2 hours and that was it. But this is all because I'm in one of the lowest classes of the airplane. In the business or first class, the whole story changes... But because I am in one of the lower classes, I cannot sleep. I saw the business class once, and their chairs can turn from 90 degrees to 160 degrees. They are really lucky. What is the hardest part of an airplane to you?
