Baseball!

What's your favorite sport? Mine is baseball. I think it's a good invention. I like the fact that it is the first sport that used a bat. I like the idea of the bat. I like how the pitcher throws the ball and the batter has to hit it. I like the idea of the bases. My favorite part is home runs. It is awesome! It is a cool way to win. No other sport is like this, maybe except T-ball and soft ball, but those were made based on this sport. It is a good idea. I don't have a favorite team, but I do like the Phillies a little. I wonder why it was named it baseball, why not batball, ballbat, or ballbase? I think it is because the person who named it just gave a name that he liked. Did you know that immigrants actually invented it? I never knew that! I think those immigrant were really creative. I think baseball was different when the immigrants made it. JUMP ROPE 500

I have to do jump rope  500 times everyday for one month. Doesn't that sound painful? It is hard. I might do it for 30 days but at the last day, I might forget to do it. Then I will have to start over. It is frustrating. The hard things are that I might forget on holidays or other special days. My plan is to do it as soon as I get home, but it  isn't easy to do that. If I am hurt, I can't do it either. So I have to take good care of myself. Even if one month seems like a short time, it is long. I am doing this because if I do jump rope 50 times for one month, I get the Motorized Excavator!! I must accomplish this goal. IT is a very important one. But it is not easy. The worst thing that can probably happen is getting hurt. If I get hurt really badly, then I can't do jump rope. I might end up not doing it for days. Then I have to start over. Even if this is a hard task, I will try to do my best!!

Same Clothes: Good or Bad?

What would happen if everybody wore the same exact clothes? There would be plenty good things and a couple bad things. One good thing is that you won't have to waste time getting dressed. Another is that nobody will brag that they have a t-shirt with a brand on it and that you don't. One bad thing is that you won't know the difference between twins. Another bad thing is that you might get lost in a crowd or you might think one person is someone else. I think there are more good reasons than bad reasons. So I think it would be a good thing. One day you might be walking around and you might see kids wearing brands. You realize you are just wearing some sort of old brown T-shirt. They start making fun of you and they laugh because they think that you are really poor. But if everybody wore the same clothes, this would not happen because the clothes would all be the same. . But the problem is that you might think that this stranger that looks like your friend is your friend. You might think your friend is a stranger. Then the friend might ditch you and become an enemy of yours. That is a bad thing that can happen. But even if there are more good things than bad things, I like the world the way it is right now!

ELEMENTS THE GAME (How it was made.)

"So..." said Jeff. I looked at him. I munched on my sandwich. Dan looked at me with his eyes wide open.
Then I thought of an idea. "Elements!" I announced. THey looked at me as if I was crazy. Nick came over. They were listening. I grinned. "Elements!" I repeated. They were still frozen. I then said, "One element for each of us." They smiled. "I pick nothing!""Me too!" "I pick fusion!" "I pick-"STOP!" "We are going to change it. Daniel said, "I will be fire!" Then Jeff looked at me and said, "I am going to be fusion." I told him to change it. "Then air instead of fusion" Nick finally said, "I will be water!" I grinned and said, "I will be Earth." Then the games began. IN THE GAME WORLD. I took out my diamond sword Air(Jeff) disarmed me. Then I got myself a minion. It got me another diamond sword. I slashed it as Fire(Dan) came running towards me with a magma shield in his hand and a Sapphire sword in the other hand. It smashed into me. I respawned to the Respawn World. Then I respawned back to point 6.  Water(Nick) threw a sharp icicle at me. I ducked. Then I made a rock hit him in the head. Air came back on his air sphere, I ran and charged at Fire. I took out a piece of wood. We teamed up. He set a flame to my wood. I had a flame thrower.  END OF BATTLE
The next day. I made a spread sheet on attacks. I added pets and a bunch of defense type of things. We each had a dragon or some sort of pet. I made new attacks. It improved everyday. Then Thursday came... Jeff loves Yugioh. Yugioh is a card game. Me and Jeff thought of making this whole element thing into a card game. Daniel agreed. I drew pictures, Daniel made the crads, and Jeff did the writing. Nick was supposed to do the logo, but I did it for him. It became really great. We each had a deck. And each card had attacks or defenses. Right now, we are in progress. I hope that one day, it will become a real game.

Lost in a Mountain

 If I was ever trapped in a mountain, I would panic. But only at first.   The first thing I would do is try to remember where I started and how I came to where I am. Then I would try to look for the footprints I made as I walked up. If I don't find them, I would probably try going to the direction I came from. Downward. I would make a trail behind me so if I go the wrong way, I could restart, like in a game, and I could try a different direction. I'll make a trail with something. Maybe make a trail in the snow.   Trying every direction would take forever. I would go in any direction that is going downward. If I have maps or anything like that, I would use them. If there were signs, I would read them.  If none of these work. Then there is only one thing I actually can do. Get help. I might start screaming for help. Or I might make some sort of signal. Any signal. It's going to be snowy on the top of the mountain. What would you do if you were stuck and lost on a mountain?

The Top 5 Worst Things a Parent Can Do Their Child

#1. Abandon or trade the the child for something else...
#2. Torture the child...
#3. I bet nobody will do this but, Make there child go to heaven. (kill)
#4. Hurt the child
#5. Teach their child to smoke, or drug.
The first one, is terrible. How can you abandon your own child? That child is part of you! That child came from you! It's like throwing out a part of yourself! You can't just go, "Uh..I don't want my kid, here you can take him." How can someone do that? Sometimes, parents have to do it. Like after your kid is born, there is a problem and you don't get to keep your child. That is a different story.
The second one, that is terrible too. In this case, the kid might just run away. You torture your child and treat him like a slave. Why would you torture your kid in the first place?  It's just crazy.
The third on- DON'T EVEN TALK ABOUT! (Nobody would do it anyway.)
The fourth one is basically the same thing as the second one...
Fifth one... Influence from the parent. That's why you need good parents. Think about it, if a kid's parents smoke, drug, and curse, the kid would think, "Oh! They do it? That means I can do it too!" Then it could turn bad. For example, in the book Surviving the Applewhites, Jake's parents went to jail. Jake has two choices go to Juvie or go to this academy. See? The parents probably made him think that cursing, lighthing things on fire, and smoking is okay!! The parents probably did that stuff too. The parents are very important people to a kid.

December

My favorite month is probably December. The month of snow. The  month of  Christmas. The cozy month. The warm, sit by the fire place month. There is a lot of names I call this month by. Those were just some of them. But the month December is the month of happiness. It's the month I dig the snow then come  back in have hot chocolate, sit with my family next to the fire. It's a fun month.The cold icy snow, and the beautiful snowflakes. A lot of mountains and forts of snow. Snow splatters on tree's from snow balls, the hot warm, hot chocolate, and the warm cozy fire. It all just is awesome. Then there's Christmas. Friends coming over, having a feast, then there is presents, and there is Jesus's birthday. The excitement, the happiness, it all just makes me feel good. Seeing friends I haven't seen much. The whole month is excellent. I like the feeling when I sit back and stare at the fire. The flame flickering. Then I can feel a heat touching me. I get tempted to touch the fire, the warm cozy fire, but I don't. I can stare at it for hours, but I don't. I only stare at it for a couple of minutes and I start talking. I like the feeling that comes to me when that happens. I don't think I have that special feeling in any other month. This is why, I like the month, December.

Prejudice

I remember a long time ago, when Harry Potter was a horror movie to me. It always scared me. Scary bald people without noses, guys with "n" On their foreheads. I planned to never watch it. One trailer made me freak out. I said to myself, "Harry Potter is probably the most worst movie in the world!" But how can I say that!" I never even watched  it! Many years later, I watched and read all the books. NOT SCARY! That was because I was prejudice. Here is another example of me being prejudice:  I look at the lunch. There is a disgusting looking thing with noodles sticking out of it, and there is a sandwich with an okay thing inside. I choose the sandwich. I eat the sandwich. Disgusting. A week later I eat the disgusting looking thing with the noodles sticking out of it. It turns out to be really yummy. See? Prejudice kind of reminds me of the saying, "Don't judge a book by it's cover!"   I think it is kind of similar to being prejudice. Right? The cover might look weird, but the inside/story might be great or it might be the oposite. The outside might be really cool, and the story/inside might be terrible. You pre judge. Judge  before you even know anything about that person or thing. You see, everyone does it. No one is ever not prejudice. Sometimes you need to be prejudice, so one day you see a kid, he is really good looking, you want to be friends with that person. But that person might be a very mean and unkind person on the inside. That is a time you have to be a little prejudice. Don't you think? I think being prejudice can be bad and good sometimes.

Dog Fear

I have this one thing about dogs. To me, D = ma. That basically means, dog equals mighty attack. That is because of one experience. That one little experience changed my feelings about dogs. Then there was another thing that made my feelings worse about dogs. Dogs used to be okay to me. They weren't that bad. Until the day I went to Delaware with my friends to see my friend's cousin. As soon as we got there, I noticed that it had a dog house. Then I noticed the huge dogs sitting inside of the dog houses, the house was all scratched and crumpled. There were loose bricks, and right in the middle was a huge hairy dog, drooling and frowning as our car came closer. Next thing I knew, they were running after our car. I screamed, because I expected the dogs to demolish, destroy, damage, devastate, and desolate (I thought all of the destructive D words I can think of) our car. But they just jumped up, excited to see visitors. I frowned. I got out of the car last. <FLASH FORWARD, TO THE THOUGHT CHANGING MOMENT>>>>>>>~~~~~~~>>>... Okay, I was sitting on the couch, waiting for something exciting-YAP! SCREAM! Tony, the little pet dog got his chance to escape from the terrible jail-like indoors. He ran outside, straight into the direction of the King of the Dogs. (That's what I call the huge, bigger than a German Shepard dog.(I'm not even sure if it is a boy)) The owner of that dog, chased the dog, my friend and I went outside, too. Then I made a mistake. A HUGE mistake. While everyone else went to where Tony was, I went the other way, to save him from the King of the Dog. Then I realized that Tony was safe and that I was the one that wasn't safe. The King of the Dogs  was staring at me, with it's eyes wide open. It growled, ready to rip me into pieces, the next thing I knew, my legs were moving. So were the dogs. PAUSE... Then the dog leaped up, which was actually smart for a dog, and jumped on top of me, shoving me down. I was on the floor with my knee, scratching on the hard gravel road. I didn't look. The dog moved back. I looked at my bloody knee. Blood poured out, almost touching my sock. After that day, I hated dogs ever since. Then there was the fact that I was allergic to them, that made it ten times worse. That is why, reader, I hate dogs. THE END

STARWARS: Episode 1 The Young Padawan

This is a storyline for my new Lego stop motion series. It will be a Star Wars theme. I will make an episode 1, 2, 3, and maybe a couple of other ones. I might separate them into parts or maybe I will not, but anyway, here is the storyline:
Star Wars episode 1: The  Young Padawan
The the jedi goes to a planet called, Tatooine. He finds a young orphan their. He quickly learns that the boy is strong with the force. The jedi immediately teaches the boy. The boy becomes his trustworthy padawan. The boy is well taught and is good with his lightsaber.  The boy goes on his first mission. The jedi and the boy try to destroy the evil sith. Luckily, they survive, but the sith escapes. The young boy grows into a jedi knight. They find the evil sith once again. The sith strikes the young boy's master. Furious, the boy kills the sith. Master dead, the boy comes back to Tatooine. THE END
Star Wars Episode 2: The New Soldiers
The jedi knight finds another enemy, one that is more  powerful than the last one. The jedi manages to get soldiers to help him. With the help of two soldiers, the jedi knight tries to destroy the sith lord. But the sith lord cuts his arm off. The jedi knight gets medical help and fixes his arm. While that happened, the sith lord, finds himself a bodyguard, a very strong one. The two soldiers try to fight the bodyguard, but one dies, fortunately the other soldier still stays alive. There are two battles. One soldier VS a bodyguard and a jedi knight VS a sith lord. Then the soldier escapes but does not kill the bodyguard. The jedi knight almost kills the sith lord. The sith lord escapes and the jedi knight kills the bodyguard. THE END

Good Stop Motion.

This is a tutorial on how to do stop motion. It has a lot of tips and other things. First you're probably like this, "What's stop motion anyway?" It's actually like taking pictures. I use it on Lego. You get a Lego guy.You take a picture of it, then you move his arm or something, then you will continue this process. After about 50-100 pictures you can be done. When you go through the pictures really fast, the Lego guy will look like it is moving. First thing, you need a camera or a webcam. (The camera thing you connect to your computer)
I will explain what you do with the camera. You place the camera on the floor, so it doesn't shake to much. You will have to get a Lego base, to put your characters on. You can design the base. And you don't have to use Lego, you can use almost anything, clay, mega-bloks. Anyway, after you design the base, you make a background. I usually just use a blank, white wall. You put your Lego guy or clay guy on the base. You take a picture and then you move take a picture, move, etc. You go through the pictures really fast. You can do whatever you want with the pictures. HERE IS A BIG TIP, TRY NOT TO MAKE YOUR MOVEMENTS SO BIG. IT LOOKS MORE BETTER AND SMOOTHER WHEN YOUR MOVEMENTS ARE SMALLER. Next, I will tell you what to do with the webcam. You can do the same thing you did with the camera and then upload it into your computer OR you can do what I do. I downloaded  a program for stop motion, it is called,  CLAYANIAMTOR You can  download it on clayanimator.com. There is instructions on the site.  Here are some helpful tip video's. Worm Gear

Worm gears. Why are they called worm gears?  They don't even look like worms. I have a lot of Lego worm gears. They are cool. They look like they are moving inward, but they're just spinning. As you can see, the worm gear is like a spiral. A spinning spiral. It is actually called the archimedes screw. But it's a little bit smaller. You can see it under the Lego 24 tooth gear. The 24 toothgear can't spin, only the worm gear can. That is because, if the gear did spin, that would push the worm gear. I like the way it looks like it is moving. The way it looks like it is disappearing into the edge. I think that is why it is called the worm gear. Because it looks like a worm on the outside keeps on spinning in to a hole. It goes on non-stop, so it seems like the worm is really long. Or going on forever. I think that is why it looks so cool.

My Favorite Food

I take out the noodles out of the wrapper. I take out powder thing that makes it spicy. I get the pot. The silver shiny pot. The water goes in. The fire goes on. The flame of the fire flickers and moves around. Soon the water begins to have bubbles. The noodles are dumped into the boiling hot water. I watch how the noodles seem to get softer in the boiling hot water. The hard packed up and squished noodles spread a part and get longer. I add the powder thing. The red shiny powder. I stare as the water turns from clear to red. A light shade of red. I watch the egg that is put in. Then I smell it. The smell of the spicy, hot, yumminess. I could almost taste it. The fiery hot stuff get on to my tongue. I could feel all of it. Then it's done, finished. It's time to eat it. I look again, this time I see a bunch of noodles everywhere, around the noodles are nothing but a shades of red. Then in the middle of the red, there is a white egg. The white egg seems lonely in the middle of the red stuff. I get chopsticks to eat it. The spiciness makes it taste good. Then the good part comes, the noodles. The soft chewy noodles. They are a bit red, because it was dunked into the red stuff, mostly the noodle white though, the noodles taste good. Then I eat the egg. The shiny egg.  The egg is just standing there ready to be eaten. I take my chopsticks and slit a tiny hole in the egg. Nothing comes out. Then I take my chopsticks and gradually make the hole bigger. Yellow goo pours out. Yolk. I mix the noodles with yolk and eat it. Then I pour some of the red stuff on it. I love  it. I eat it a lot. Can you figure out what my favorite food is? Can you figure out what this food I ma describing is?

What's Cooler? A Rubik's Cube or Someone Solving A Rubiks Cube Very Fast

I think solving a Rubik's Cube very fast is cooler. Why? Because you look smart and cool. It is not something that anyone that can do. THAT is what makes it cool. If every could do it easily, it wouldn't be that hard, but since a lot of people can't solve it, it seems a lot cooler. You need to think to solve one, so it makes you look smarter. Everyone knows it is hard. So if someone watches another person solve it, (Since they know it is super hard) they think it is very cool. And it seems even cooler if you do it really fast. There might be people out there who can, but can they do it fast? That doubles the coolness. It doubles the smartness. If you see someone who solves a Rubik's Cube in like three seconds, you would be really surprised, you would think that it is very cool and you will probably think that the person who solved the Rubik's Cube is very smart. I mean if I could do that, I would be very proud. For making an achievement, an achievement that not everyone makes... But I can't solve the Rubik's Cube. ( I can solve a gear cube in about 30 seconds, though) This is why solving the Rubik's Cube is awesome!!

What is a Leader?

What is a leader? That depends on who you are. You might think a leader is a person who is the boss, a boss that yells at the workers and another person can think it is a boss that makes people happy. I think it is a responsible, brave, confident, hard-working, always doing their best kind of boss who just doesn't yell at people but make them happy doing there job, at the same time, that person leads the whole group/company or whatever. I don't think I am exactly the best leader. But I do like being the leader. I could become a better leader, but I don't think I was born to be a leader. I really don't like being a follower. A follower is someone who just follows a leader. I want to be a leader, not a follower, and I know it is tough. You have to be responsible, smart, well organized, and lots of other things. I think becoming a leader isn't something you can actually learn. A leader should speak up for themselves well, they should listen to other people's ideas, and they should not always only listen to their own ideas, that doesn't mean the leader doesn't share their own ideas either. A leader should care for others, too. A leader should not just yell at people and tell them to do something, that is not a leader. I think you have a better chance of being a leader if you are older. For older people lead you and people the same ages as you. Oh yeah, and I think a leader should let people vote. A good leader I know is the Great King Sejong. He was a great leader. I noticed that a lot of main characters in books are  good leaders. What do you think a leader is?

3...2...1..Happy New Year! YAY! It's 2012! No more 2011. My goal is to have more than 60 posts in this year! I think it is possible! I might get over ninety!
