My Way:
First you have to push the ball and not hit it.
When you hit the ball, because your wrist is being used,
it will fly in random directions When you push it,
it pushes the ball forward and gives it strength so it can go hard.
How to get strength? Don't just use all your strength,
that makes you hit it, you should pull the racket back and then push the ball.
The more you pull the racket back, the farther and harder the ball goes.
Keep your arm, not to straight, at the same time,
not to bended and crooked. It should be in a comfortable position,
so it would be easy to push. Use your best arm.
You must let your racket be wiggly and wobbly.
The racket has to facing in only one direction, forwards.
It shouldn't be facing in diagonal and other strange directions, only forward.
That way, the ball will go forward.
How do we keep it forward?
We have to have a very firm grip on the handle.
Do not keep your hand too low or too high.
Put your hand in a good spot that will help you get a more firm grip.
What is your way?
